Jesus Christ is the way the truth and the life
To be honest, any word that I use in this post cannot and will not describe who God truly is! We cannot limit nor fathom who God is in His majestic, His greatness, and unconditional unexplainable love! That is why is it vital for you to acknowledge that you were not self-created, nor were you brought forth by evolution. Admitting that there is a God, the ONE true God who made you and the very good things around you, is the first step to knowing that you are not alone in this life.
I am just a simple woman here who only desires you to know, desire, and draw near to God through the salvation of Jesus Christ. Why? Because you and I belong to Him. We all need Him. And personally, He saved me from various sinful bondages that I want others to be set free. He will do save and do it for you as well.
Let’s get to the post and learn more about God. Shall we?
Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life
Jesus Christ, the way, the the truth, and the life, is the only way to God, the Holy God, the righteous God.
He saved us from the gates of hell, the gnashing of teeth, and the torment that will go on forever.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16 NIV
This is not to scare you but to be aware that Heaven and Hell are REAL places.
The consequences of where we will end up will be based on our beliefs, the lives we lived, and the choices we made for ourselves and others.
Friend, if you are in a place of not knowing who God is and why Jesus Christ is the Good News that is being preached around the world, then let me give you reasons why He is necessary for your encounter and forever eternity with God, your creator, your Father, and the One who loves you sooooo much.
Before we start, I really want to impart in you that God is real. He is real. From this ocean-filled earth, to the birds, the green grass, the white clouds, the setting/rising colorful sun, and you, we are all part of His creation. His beautiful and wonderful creation.
Did you know that He saved you, a human being, for last, as part of His creation? He spoke into existence to input you his character, morals, and breath that only He provides. He fearfully and wonderfully made you walk with Him, talk with Him, and enjoy Him as you walked this earth.
You are living in sin, apart from God
Encouraging you to read Romans 6 via bible gateway
But sin came into the world, and that separated you from HIm. Sin made you feel shame and led you to think that you could take care of yourself in this world that He created. Sin made you corrupted by hating your brother/sister and seeking your own desires while rejecting those in need. Sin made you idolize certain people or celebrities, who are also sinners, for the sake of being like them when they are not perfect, nor are they significant in the sight of God.
Sin led to fill you with desires that the eyes will never get tired of, and in the end, you still are not satisfied. Sin made you feel worthless, greedy, alone, physically sick. Therefore, in this world, the cause of famine, wars, raping, foolishness, murder, sexual immorality, slander, gossiping, pornography, lust, idolatry, and even anger, are all the causes of sin.
I even have a personal tory of how God led me to repent of my pride, a sin as well.
In all, sin is bondage.
Basically, it is easy to live in sin because of sin because we were born with it.
And the enemy, or the devil, is using all he can to separate you from God by making you stay in sin. He would steal your joy, leading you to think that drinking to the point of drunkness is the way to drown your sorrows. He would lead you to believe that overeating eases the pain. He would make you think that masturbation or pornography are the ways that sex is intended to be. He would use any sort of manipulation, from childhood to adulthood, to distract you and separate you from God.
Plus, because of sin, this enslavement led you to separate you from God, who is full of love, joy, peace, patient, kind, good, gentle, faithful, and self-controlled. That is the opposite of sin.
We were never meant to live in sin but live in the Holiness and Righteousness of God. We were meant to live at peace with each other. And we were meant to live abundantly, not just in riches but in His glory.
You see, God is a Holy God. That means He is pure. Sin does not live in Him, nor can He commit it. That is not His character. So when He sees sin, Holy and Righteous as He is, He has the right to punish those who commit it. He is a just God.
He has the right to send those who refuse to stop sinning, the resistance of living righteously and obedient to Him, to be sent to hell.
Our life was not meant to live in sin but in the pureness and Holiness of God, in His Image.
You might say that it is not fair for God to punish, but what authority do you have to say that this is not fair? Were you the One that created justice? Are you the One that made morals, knowing between right and wrong? Were you the One that created the Heavens and the earth?
You might even tell yourself that you are a good person.
Yeah, you may be. But you are not a good person, apart from God. Goodness comes from God, not from yourself. God’s breath and likeness are in you and will always be in you. You may be living a good life, but apart from Him, you are inclining that you know how your life is supposed to be. What is the definition of good anyways? Only God can show you. Some of the good is found in us if we stop living in sin and start knowing the God who created us.
“The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.” Psalm 14:1 NIV
You may even ask yourself why God would allow these things to happen then? Uh, first off, HE is not allowing anything to happen. Second, what are you doing to not commit wrong? Whether looking lustfully at a man/woman, stealing or even thinking wrongfully about a person?
The answer to your question is that God gives people choices, and it is up to them to make them. Plus, as I said, SIN is the cause of all this atrocity and abomination.
Sin is the reason why we are living in confusion and basically living our own “truth” when what we choose to believe in is not the actual absolute truth.
God is the ONLY TRUTH.
Jesus Christ paid for those sins
And due to sin, we needed a savior to save us from the entanglement of sin. We need to be revived again. We needed to break away from the bondage of sin that so entangles our minds and our lives. God could not stand back and let the world continue to live in such a way. He already flooded the earth but promised not to flood it again with the promise of a rainbow (Genesis 6, 7, 8, 9:1-17).
We needed a savior who knew the concept of sin but never lived in nor committed sin at all in His life.
And that person, my friend, is Jesus Christ, the way, the truth and the life.
He was born of a virgin through the Spirit of God. Since He was young, He studied the word of God. He resisted the temptation that led to sin that the enemy threw at him.

The intention of God was to actually save the Jews, His people. But when they rejected the Good news of Jesus Christ and His cause for coming to the world as the savior and restitution between God and man, the Good news also went to the Gentiles, those who are not jews, like most of us.
“For there is no difference between Jew and Gentiles- the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on Him,” Romans 10:12 NIV
While living on this earth, Jesus performed miracles, signs, and wonders. Such as healing the sick, delivering those from demonic oppression, the kingdom of God, righteous living, and teaching people the love of God. He told them to repent of their sins and submit their life to GOD through being a disciple of Christ.
He did not do these acts because He needed to, but because of the compassion and love He had for others, as God does for us, He performed these miracles.
And because of His compassion and love for the people by telling them to repent and come back to God, certain people were jealous and mad. It was to the point that they conspired to kill Him. In the end, they crucified Him. But He did not die in vain. He took up our pain, our sins, our suffering to death and hell.
But death and hell could not contain Him!
He was resurrected from the dead! This meant that if we dedicate our lives to God through Jesus Christ, we would ‘die’ in Christ but live again, as He did on earth. We would be born again.
“Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.” John 3:3 NIV
Encouraging you to read Isaiah 53 via bible gateway.
God made way for us to live again. And that is through Jesus Christ, who died and put to death our sins. But He resurrected so that we could live again, in the righteousness of God, through Jesus Christ. Thus, with Jesus Christ, we are able to live our life apart from sin and not control because He lived in this world and overcame it.
“I have told you these things so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
How can we be cleansed from sin and saved from entering hell? Through the salvation of Jesus Christ. Through acknowledging that you are a sinner and you are in need of a savior. Also, by faith, Jesus Christ, who died and was raised from the dead for you, is Lord. And believing and confessing that He saved you from sin and hell through His blood, you are now saved. You are now a child of God through faith.
“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9 NIV
“How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death,[a] so that we may serve the living God!” Hebrews 9:14 NIV
“Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—” John 1:12 NIV
God loves you and desires eternity for you with Him
So why is God, the Almighty doing this, for us? Why did He do these things for us? How and Why would He send His Son to rescue us from the bondage of sin? Why would He save us when we reject Him multiple times?
Thank my friend I cannot explain, but in John 3:16, God loved the world and His children. Therefore, he desires all to live in godliness and holiness, being at peace with one another. But it is the choice of man in whether they desire this FREE gift of salvation. Though it came at a great price, it is still a free gift to those willing to receive it.
“who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.” 1 Timothy 2:4 NIV
“Turn to me and be saved, all you ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other. By myself, I have sworn my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me, every knee will bow; by me, every tongue will swear.” Isaiah 45:22-23 NIV
Do you want to be free of the bondage of sin and be born again through the salvation in Jesus Christ and become a child of GOD?
What you say must come from the heart.
I believe the Lord will have you speak whatever you need to say, but just know there is no perfect way of saying this. Just come to God with a vulnerable heart and let your words speak from the heart. Acknowledge that there is a God whom you are separated from. Know that sin polluted you and that you need Jesus Christ to heal and cleanse you from all sin. Ask the Lord Jesus Christ to come into your life so that you can live again.
Plus, also say that you receive the Holy Spirit in my life Jesus name. The Holy Spirit is the One that will give you the wisdom, understanding, counsel, strength, knowledge, and fear of God to help you conduct your life as Christ walked on this earth. Therefore, I would suggest you follow this woman for the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
And that is that.
But what is next?
In short, I would start with reading the Bible or download the Bible app from your phone. The book of Romans is a good starter of the bible to start with. But I highly recommend buying a physical bible with a journal to begin your journey with your relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
Watching biblical preachers that actually speak and encourage godly truth is also helpful. Finally, I would ask the Holy Spirit to guide, by faith, to guide you to those that would benefit your journey as a new Christian.
